The hotel staff were very accommodating. They allowed to check in early as we arrived the hotel at 11. They were also kind enough to allow late check out at 3:30. Had booked a sea view room, but as they were full, they upgraded me to a deuxe which was quite big and Comfortable. The hotel is new and very clean. Comfortable bed. The lighting in the room and toilet was amazing.

I had a great experience at the Best Western Premier DJ Hotel in Djibouti. The hotel is centrally located, making it easy to get around the city. The staff were friendly and spoke English, which made communication smooth. The on-site restaurant was excellent—great food and service. The bathroom was spotless, and the furniture looked brand new. Everything was clean, modern, and up to my expectations. I’d happily stay here again and recommend it to other travellers.

The breakfast was very good with fresh food. I enjoyed the breakfast each day. The atmosphere was excellent for the restaurant. All food items were fresh and good in test.

The hotel has a new infrastructure. So it means that almost everything is new and working. The staff is friendly, but on a learning curve.

Everything was excellent — from the warm and attentive staff to the clean and comfortable rooms. I especially appreciated the high level of service, the delicious breakfast, and the peaceful atmosphere throughout my stay. It truly felt welcoming and well-managed. I would gladly recommend this hotel to others.

Staff was very helpful and always available. The room was clean. I had a nice view of the street and garden in front. Breakfast had a good variety with fruits and hot and cold options. They also have a nice restaurant in the hotel.

Extremely helpful staff throughout the stay. There is a cafe (cake & coffee) at 0 floor opposite the front-desk for some food & drink.
